HIGH PRECISION MACHINE SHOP

The Machining services available include center lathes, cylindrical, internal, and surface grinders, slotters, millers, vertical borer, lap master and super finishing machinery. This facility not only forms the starting and finishing processes for most reclamation work, but also be used to manufacture new items.

VALVE SERVICE AND REPAIR SECTION

NASICO has the reputation for repairing valves of all types, sizes and pressure ranges. NASICO services Gate, Globe, Plug, Ball, Check, Butterfly, Control and Safety Relief Valves, Refurbishment of Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electric Actuators and calibration of pressure Gauges in workshop. Our testing confirms efficient Valve performance in accordance with API and ANSI Standards.

In addition to the above, NASICO takes up reconditioning of valves and related accessories at site (Onshore as well as Offshore).

NASICO has developed the state-of-art Mobile Workshop with machining and finishing facilities for refurbishment of relief valves at site. This a unique facility of NASICO in the Kingdom.

ELECTRICAL MOTOR/GENERATOR REWIND AND TESTING

NASICO provides highly efficient and dependable rewinding/repair services of electrical motors and generators up to 200 HP. NASICO has fourteen years of experience in this field and during this time it has built a reputation for quality, reliability and service. Servicing of LV Switchgear and Ring Main Units is also undertaken by this section.
